Compounded Medications (503A Pharmacy)
When clinically appropriate, patient‑specific compounded formulations are prepared and shipped directly to you through a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy will contact you for payment, shipping, and refills.
FDA‑Approved Medication Access
For brand tirzepatide (Zepbound®), eligible patients may access Lilly’s direct‑to‑patient discount program. This program offers reduced monthly pricing, typically ranging from $299 to $449 per month, depending on dose and refill timing. Eligibility is determined by clinical evaluation and manufacturer criteria.

Commercial Medications (Pharmacy of Choice)
For FDA‑approved medications such as micronized progesterone or other standard HRT products, prescriptions can be sent to the retail pharmacy of your choice, where insurance may be used when applicable. Compounded medications are cash‑pay only.
