After scheduling, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your comprehensive intake forms. This ensures our providers have the information needed to evaluate your history thoroughly.
3. Get Your Labs Done
If labs are required, we will send an electronic order for Quest Diagnostics. Results will be transmitted directly to our clinic.
4. $139 Comprehensive Consult
We review your labs and goals to start treatment. Medications are sent to a local pharmacy, 503A compounding pharmacy, or Lilly Direct based on your patient‑specific needs.
5. Ongoing Care
Instead of memberships, we provide ongoing pay‑as‑you‑go follow‑up visits. These sessions can address single or multi‑concern needs as you progress on your metabolic health journey.
6. Begin Treatment
Once your plan is finalized, we’ll initiate medication management (if appropriate), adjust dosing as needed, and monitor your progress through follow‑up visits.
Additional metabolic therapies may be recommended based on your clinical results. These options are discussed during your regular consultations and implemented only when appropriate for your goals.

Most patients schedule through our automated assistant for the fastest response. You will be guided through booking your free brief consult and completing the necessary steps for your $139 comprehensive consult.
